ORDER PROCCESSING
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Same day processing applies to orders received before 11am UK time. Orders received during the weekend or UK public Holidays will be processed the first day after.
CONFIRMATION
Once order is packed, the parcel will be picked up by the carrier (Royal Mail), which will then be shipped to their destination, At the time of shipping the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email.
DELIVERY
Delivery times take 2-3 business days from the order confirmation. Black Friday or Christmas May effect stated delivery times.
RETURNS
UNDERWEAR/SOCK POLICY
For hygiene reasons, all underwear sales are final and non-refundable, whether opened or unopened. Any returned underwear will be disposed of without a refund, so please check the size chart carefully before purchasing.
We do, however, stand behind the quality of our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect within 14 days of purchase, we will replace it with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
STANDARD POLICY
At Raceknit, we’re committed to great customer service. Unworn items in brand-new condition may be returned for a full refund within 14 days.
For exchanges, please follow our return process and place a new order online.
If you’d like to discuss a return, contact our team via the contact page, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
HOW TO RETURN
Please send an email via our contact page with your order number and your requested return. We will then provide you with a return address. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and return costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
- Return must be done within 14 days of purchase.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- The return items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
RETURN PROCESSING
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider. We kindly ask that you allow a few days before contacting us, as there may be some processing time before the refund is applied.
